Submit an original theme-related design - clip art may be
used BUT design must be ORIGINAL (do not use
copyrighted material)   

3 colors maximum

Design must include the words:
         Project Graduation
         CHS, ECHHS, CHS, PA
         2012
         Theme Title - "Cirque du Grad"

Include on the back of your entry:
         Full name, grade, email, phone number, and school
