What is Project Graduation?

A wonderful tradition in its 18th year, Project Graduation, a gift from the community to our graduates is a free,
all-night non-alcohol and substance-free celebration with music, games, amazing door prizes,
scholarships, scrumptious food and much, much more!


When is Project Graduation?
Saturday, June 9th, 2012 from 11:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.

Who attends Project Graduation?
All CHS, CHHS, ECHHS, and PA Seniors are invited to attend.


Does Project Graduation have a mailing address?

Where can I send my tax deductible contribution?

Where can I get a volunteer form?

One can be found on our website.


Can Seniors bring a guest?
Yes, they may bring one guest. Guests must be pre-registered (signed consent form)
and must be with their host when they check in.


Can a Senior and their guest get into the Student Union after 1 a.m.?

No.


Can participants come and go?

No.


Can Seniors change guests? Do they need another signed form for the new guest?
Yes. Guest changes must be made BEFORE tickets are distributed. A new consent form will be required. All guests must
have a signed parental release on file at the door. Once tickets have been distributed, guests can not be changed.


What happens if a Senior loses a ticket?
Don't!


Do guests over 18 years old need a signed release?
Yes.


Is there parking?
Free parking is available in the Cobb Deck and the School of Government parking deck. Please click here for a map.


Do Seniors and / or guests need to bring money?
No. All food, beverages, entertainment and other activities are absolutely FREE! They are provided by sponsors
and donors throughout the Chapel Hill-Carrboro community.


Can release forms be turned in at the door?
All forms must be on file before admittance.


REMEMBER - ALL GUESTS MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED!


Why do they have metal detectors at the door?
This is a safety measure that has been used for years. It helps ensure all our well-being throughout the night.


Can a purse, camera, backpack, etc. be brought to the event?
No. they will be required to be "checked" into a secured room until the student leaves. There will be absolutely no exceptions.
This event is fully chaperoned. Professional security and emergency services are in attendance.
